Projects

Let’s Go Global are providers of creative and digital access projects. Our aim is to capture the imagination of participants, and help them to test the artistic and social possibilities of new technology.

Activities range from single pieces of advice or consultancy, to year- long projects such as MediaBox, or bigger, four-year projects like Pixelate. We are specialists in working with the community, particularly marginalized groups:

  • Young people aged 14 – 19
  • Local people
  • ‘Information poor’ areas, including Old Trafford, Hulme, Moss-Side, Whalley Range
  • BME population
  • Traveller community

Creative Projects

Through running accessible and engaging creative projects, we can de-mystify creative technology and equip participants with the skills to produce high quality, interactive digital content in an informal setting.

Digital Access Projects

We run a programme of community based learning at our studio in Old Trafford and on-site with groups. Click here to see our current programme.

Pixelate

Pixelate is a 4-year project delivering community-led strategic arts projects across Greater Manchester. It started in July 2006 and ends in October 2010.

Pixelate empowers its participants, training and creatively supporting the production of exciting digital content. Work has ranged from a mutli-media project with a group of Travellers in Wigan to a local news show with residents in Hattersley, Tameside.
