Do you have memories of the mills in Rochdale? Peopleprint in association with Touchstones and Rochdale library service are running a local history project called People’s Story.
The idea is to collect peoples photos and memories of working in the Mills, and place them on an amazing website called http://www.historypin.com/
The launch event is at the Regal Moon Pub, The Butts, Town Centre, Rochdale OL16 1EY on Thursday 12 July, 11 – 4 pm.
There will also be a collection “drop box” in each library in the Borough from 16 – 20 July.
If you have any photos or memories to share, or know someone who has tell them to come along to the launch event at the Regal Moon.
